Treat yourself to our tantalizing Tramonto Menu, new at Armani’s at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The Tramonto Menu features $7 hand-selected wines, masterful cocktails and a delectable selection of antipasto, Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The Antipasto Bar invites you to indulge with an extensive variety of delicious items including cheeses, charcuterie, olives, marinated vegetables and seafood. Hidden among a natural landscape just 150 yards from the hotel, the new Oystercatchers delights those who seek tastes from the Gulf of Mexico. Oystercatchers’ menu highlights an array of the freshest wild and line caught fish available prepared grilled, blackened or sauteed with a variety of sauces and relishes to complement them. Chef de Cuisine Kory Foltz, artfully blends the freshest catch with innovative touches, as only one born to the water can do.
