Made up of three spectacular standalone villas (Headland House 3 bedrooms) The Mangrove Villa (4 bedrooms) and The Beach Villa (4 bedrooms), cleverly connected by elevated wooden walkways, and conveniently located next to the island’s communal recreational facilities, it sleeps a total of 22 guests. It even has its own private beach – the epitome of barefoot luxury living.

Perched on an outcrop at the northeast tip of Moskito Island is Headland House, the heart of the Branson Estate. This impressive villa is arranged with three bedrooms and the living space on the ground floor leading up to the Great Room on the upper floor. All areas of Headland House are accessible by elevator or stairs.
4 bedrooms including one Master Suite. Beach Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, separate temperature-controlled wine fridge and an additional mini-bar. The other 3 villas include en-suite bathrooms (some with outdoor showers too!), balconies with sun lounger, and views onto the beach and out to sea. Palm and Gecko can both be arranged with twin beds.

Nestled in amongst the mangrove trees, all rooms are elevated and connected to the neighboring Beach Villa by wooden walkways. The rich wood interiors make for a cozy feel with Balinese style objects and carvings throughout. Arranged to the left and right of Mangrove Villa are three houses each sleeping two guests each and all with en-suite bathrooms (some with outdoor showers!) and balconies with loungers.
