Premium Rooms

Anse Chastanet’s Premium Rooms offer picture postcard perfect views of the St.Lucia’s Pitons – a Unesco World Heritage site and the surrounding Caribbean Sea by virtue of their location on the higher hillside level. Some Premium Rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely, whilst others have wooden louvre walls which open to balconies/patios.

All premium rooms have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. Upon request, extra bed or twin beds can be provided. Average size: 700 square feet.

All premium Rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

Hillside Deluxe Rooms

The spacious Hillside Deluxe Rooms are located at various hillside levels with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and/or St .Lucia’s Pitons. Some Hillside Deluxe Rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely whilst others have wooden louvre walls and open room dormers allowing for excellent natural airflow. Some of the Hillside Deluxe Rooms have a formal separation between bedroom and living room, others are wide open spaces flowing into each other, with either coralina tiles, clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floors, with patios and/or balconies. Average size: 700 square feet.

All Hillside Deluxe Rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

Beachside Deluxe Rooms

All of Anse Chastanet's beachside rooms are deluxe category rooms. The beachside deluxe rooms are generous in space, with coralina or clay tiles and wooden jalousie louvre windows and large balconies or patios. All beachside rooms offer a tropical garden view and are just a few feet away from the beach and water's edge. The Beachside Deluxe Rooms at Anse Chastanet are air-conditioned. This is an optional feature as louvres can instead be opened for natural air flow. Average size: 750 square feet.

Superior Rooms

Anse Chastanet’s Superior Rooms are located at various levels on the hillside and they are octagonal or rectangular in shape. The Superior Rooms have either coralina tiles, clay tiles or tropical hardwood floors, glass or wooden louvered windows, balconies and beautiful views of the Pitons and/or the Caribbean Sea. Average size: 400 square feet.

All rooms have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. Upon request, extra bed or twin beds can be provided. All superior rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

Standard Rooms

Anse Chastanet’s Standard Rooms are located at various level. When booking standard category, please know you could be located on either hillside or beachside. The category is based on "run of house" principle which may lead to a complimentary upgrade to superior or beachside deluxe location, at the Resort's discretion but never guaranteed.

The Standard Rooms have either coralina tiles, clay tiles or tropical hardwood floors, glass or wooden louvered windows, balconies with varying views. Average size: 350 square feet.

All rooms have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. Upon request, extra bed or twin beds can be provided. All standard rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

Piton Pool Suite Casuarina

Exquisitely finished with coralina stone tiles and hand crafted furniture made from tropical hardwoods, Anse Chastanet;s Piton Pool Suite Casuarina is nestled amidst lush foliage in a private hillside setting facing towards St.Lucia’s famous Pitons Mountains and the Caribbean Sea.

The spacious bedroom with walk in closet opens to a 420 square feet open walled patio living room area. The grand bathroom with Pitonview features a “ Couples” Shower with “His" and “Hers" rain shower heads. Casuarina has a private 160 square feet pool surrounded by a pool deck of 135 square feet.

Upon request, the suite can be connected to a second room, creating an interconnecting two bedroom two bathroom suite. All rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

The Beach House

The one of a kind Beach House at Anse Chastanet is located on the north corner of Anse Chastanet beach, a free standing cottage where you can sit and relax, looking out over the sparkling Caribbean Sea, watching sunsets year round from your elevated brick deck in the landscaped oceanfront garden. The interior is bright and airy, bathed in warm Caribbean sunlight shining through its French doors and windows.

The suite is 1600 square feet inclusive of a 450 square feet covered patio and is fully air-conditioned. In suite amenities include fridge, espresso/coffee maker, in-room safe, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Molton Brown amenities, telephone, and free wi-fi.

APSARA in the Trou au Diable restaurant

Served all evenings, APSARA is an innovative fusion of modern East Indian and Caribbean cooking, a celebration of St. Lucia historical and cultural ties with East India.

Balawoo in the Treehouse

In keeping with Anse Chastanet’s eco-conscious philosophy, Balawoo – a Creole name for a small fish – embodies the sea-to-plate, farm-to-table philosophy. Dine in two open air treehouses overlooking lush tropical foliage and the Caribbean Sea. Celebrating award winning Tropical World Cuisine, a blend of Caribbean with other tropical world cuisine experiences is served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Breakfast and dinner is served daily.

EMERALD VEGAN RESTAURANT in the Piti Piton Lounge

Whilst most resort restaurant menus offer vegetarian or vegan choices, the Emerald’s Restaurant caters exclusively to vegans with a modern tapas style menu. Crispy Cauliflower Accras with Lime, Scallion, St Lucian Mango Chutney and Bread Fruit Gnocchi with Tomato, Lemon Thyme and Chadon Beni Pesto. Served in a panoramic hillside setting above the Piton Bar.

Trou au Diable Beach restaurant

Located right on the Anse Chastanet beach, serving lunch daily. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialties. On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy a special Caribbean culinary evening in the Trou au Diable Restaurant, which commences with a cocktail reception at 6 pm The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles
